Bags / Twitter / Beat Of The Week09/10/09
Things been busy here, but what can I say.
Follow me on Twitter if you want a daily update.
Natalie just made some insane bags that are ten bucks each. If that's your thing,
you should look into 'em. We printed up just over a hundred each and they're halfway gone after two days, so unfortunately, they're not gonna last thru christmas. They probably won't last thru the end of September, even.
If you have read Toothpaste For Dinner (or Married To The Sea, or Superpoop, or Natalie Dee) you might consider stopping by the store now instead of later. We're going to be discontinuing a lot of stuff through Christmas, and as much as I hate to bring this realness to the table, we need to keep the sites online. Your merchandise purchase keeps our comics updating daily, and keeps the full archive online for everyone to browse.
We generally can't afford to go to comic conventions - between booth fees, travel, and so forth, it's hard for us to take several days off making the comics to maybe-break-even. Sometimes I think we should go around to these things and see people, but then again,
it looks like a bunch of webcomics people caught Swine Flu at one of those. (I wish a speedy recovery to everyone involved, by the way. The flu is horrible and I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't work for two weeks.)
Beat Of The Week: "Violet." I made seven similar beats to this one, and this is the last of the bunch, and probably the best. You have to name them unless you want all your shit called Sequence35 and Sequence36, so I saved them as different colors.
