"Never Reveal" tattoo08/25/09

It's been two weeks since I blogged! Where does the time go? Here's a tattoo that was inscribed on Joshua from Louisville. Thank you Joshua for the picture.

We are moving through the new Married To The Sea shirts pretty fast, and they'll be restocked in all sizes along with the Panflute & Coffee shirts in October, but if you want one sooner rather than October, now's the time to order. School is about to begin, if you're going back to college this fall, so it's a good time to stock up on shirts that let other people at your school know you're witty enough to appreciate Married To The Sea, and tasteful enough in your clothing choices to purchase some of our fine shirts. Just saying.

You should follow me on Twitter, since I update that every day, sometimes twice.
Wine ladies / Mercury (BEAT)08/12/09

Here's a photo of three ladies wearing "WINE" shirts, sent in by someone who calls themselves Paige. I have apparently been sitting on this image for a while since it seems to have been taken around Christmas.

My dad went to Wendy's the other day and said the lady there re-fried his fries to make them extra crisp. I'd never heard of that before. So if you're in Wendy's, try it. Maybe it's a universal thing, like the secret menu at Arby's. The only secret I was told about during my extremely short employment in mexican fast-food (age 16) was that if the media rushes in and starts asking you a bunch of questions, you should say "No comment. Please speak to my manager."

Beat of the Week: "Mercury." It has a weird stereo thing going on. If you like that, indulge yourself.

German MTTS / Original Art08/04/09

I've posted 35 original TFD comics for sale at Sharing Machine, so if you've ever wanted to own an actual TFD comic drawn on paper, now is your chance.

Here is a MTTS that someone translated to German.

Mystery Shirts / Chuckpad07/28/09

MYSTERY SALE: Follow the instructions on this form and send it in to receive one mystery shirt at a deep discount (ten bucks INCLUDING shipping!)

Since we're paying for the shipping, this is open to U.S. residents only. The point of this sale is to get ONE mystery shirt to as many people as possible, so please play fair and don't send in duplicates - only one form/order per customer/address, please.

If you've never bought a shirt from Sharing Machine before, now's your chance to get one for cheap and see just how well they're sewn and printed. We have all our t-shirts printed at the same factory that screenprints shirts for Big Mall Stores We Can't Name - if you don't own any Sharing Machine shirts, you'll probably be surprised at how nice they are.

Beige Box / 4 S.P.07/20/09

There are four more Superpoop comics this week. Enjoy them. Here's one from last week, "Why Al Gore Doesn't Eat At Arby's."

In the past few weeks I've gotten a bunch of questions about original Toothpaste For Dinner art. Almost every TFD comic since late 2008 is available for sale, even though I haven't posted them in the "Original Art" section at Sharing Machine. If you want to purchase the original of any specific TFD from about October 08 onwards, drop me a line and I'll see if it's still available. I am terribly backlogged on getting all the files ready and uploading them to the store, so if you're in the mood for original art, write to and I'll set you up. Each comic is $79 and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, and ships flat to avoid damage.

The Beat Of The Week is "Beige Box." Believe it or don't, these Beats Of The Week are leading up to something. Ignore them at your peril. The amount of peril you can get into by not paying attention to one of the six million stimuli your brain receives on a daily basis is pretty limited, but hey. Peril's peril, man.
